GOST (GOST-R) Document

The GOST Certificate of Conformity is intended to demonstrate the conformity of products manufactured in or exported to Russia. On the other hand, this document legalizes the products that a company will put on the Russian market.

Mandatory GOST Certificate

It documents the quality of the supplied products and their conformity with the contractual terms. This conformity certificate may be issued for a series production or a batch of products. It contains the profile of the relevant product or confirms certain standards or delivery conditions.

The validity period varies according to the sales contract. In addition, the foreign manufacturer, who is the supplier of the product, is both the applicant and the recipient of the certificate. Certificates of this type are valid for the period specified in the certification document. Certification is carried out by our experts at the production site of the manufacturer. Based on the results of the tests of the products in our laboratories, a GOST certificate of conformity is printed according to the serial production.

In some cases, the document process will be shortened if documents such as hygiene report, veterinary certificate, fire safety certificate, etc. are available for the GOST certificate.

Optional GOST Certificate

Optional certification may be applied to products that are not required to be certified under Russian law. Exporters obtain the optional GOST document, which provides official proof of the conformity of their products to applicable Russian standards or technical norms through an independent certification body.
