Machinery Ce Certification
EximGate International is an approved organization accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency with the number AB-131-U in the field of Product Certification and published in the NANDO system by the European Commission with the identification number 2864.
The Machinery Safety Directive (Directive 2006/42/EC) includes all machines consisting of various parts and groups that are at least one part movable and used to process, transport or package goods, as well as safety equipment placed on the market to fulfil a safety function aimed at preventing risks to the safety and health of living beings exposed to their effects in the event of malfunction or poor working conditions.
If some or all of the risks referred to in this Regulation (directive) for machinery or safety equipment are covered by specific Community directives, the Machinery Directive does not apply to such machinery or safety equipment against the risks that may arise.
For machinery, where the risks that may arise are essentially electrical, such machinery falls within the scope of the Low Voltage Equipment Directive 2006/95/EC. More than one New Approach Directive may apply to a product. In such a case, the product must comply with the requirements of all relevant directives, unless the fourth and fifth subsections of Article 1 of the Machinery Directive apply.
