EAC Document

EAC Certification

EAC (Eurasian Economic Union), which examines the procedures regulating the relations between the products/producers and consumers in the Russian Federation, is a document that facilitates the passage of products that comply with the specified procedures in customs clearance procedures. Companies that export products to the Russian markets are required to carry out their production within the framework of the specified procedures.

In 1992, the government of the Russian Federation passed a law for the purpose of “protecting consumer rights” and required that certain products be produced in accordance with certain standards in order to enter the country’s markets. It carried out a constantly updated procedure under the titles “On public health and epidemiological safety”, “Quality and quality standards”. The Federal Law “Technical Regulation” dated 27.12.2002 was adopted, which imposed a definite ban on the products of companies that do not have a document.
