ISO/TS 22002-1 - PRIORITY PROGRAMS IN FOOD SAFETY - FOOD PRODUCTION

Explains the field conditions in detail for those who manufacture or want to manufacture food.

ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 specifies requirements for establishing, implementing and maintaining prerequisite programs (PRPs) to help control food safety hazards.

ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 is applicable to all organizations, regardless of size, that are involved in the production step of the food chain and wish to implement PRP to meet the requirements specified in ISO 22000.

ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 is not designed or intended for use in other parts of the food supply chain.
